THE WATERPERRY ESTATE
The Waterperry Estate comprises 83 acres of grounds in the village of Waterperry, which is near Wheatley in Oxfordshire. It is home to Waterperry House and the Waterperry Garden Centre.
WATERPERRY HOUSE WATERPERRY GARDENS
Waterperry House is a large country house, set in 83 acres of its own grounds, surrounded by farmland, a few miles east of Oxford. It is used extensively by the School of Economic Science as a residential centre for retreats, study days, study weekends and weeks.
Waterperry Gardens comprise 8 acres of landscaped gardens (which include one of the country’s finest purely herbaceous borders), together with a popular restaurant, excellent museum and a craft gallery.
